Il propietario, nel rispetto dell'ambiente e dell'architettura, ha voluto dedicare la cura che si riserva ad un' opera d'arte e, avvalendosi della certosina opera di pulizia e restauro dei maestri pietrai della zona, ha riportato "Masseria Beneficio", allo splendore dei secoli scorsi. Il restauro ha innescato un processo di valorizzazione del complesso. La "casa del massaro" si è trasformata in reception, sala camino, sala di lettura, e saletta per le colazioni. Le camere sono dotate di telefono, TV con antenna satellitare e terrestre, frigobar, aria climatizzata e riscaldamento, bagno con doccia ed asciugacapelli. La Masseria è attrezzata con piscina, aree destinate al benessere fisico e psichico, maneggio convenzionato.

Exclusive XVIII Century Masseria in 30 acre olive grove with natural saline pool
Masseria Beneficio formally the home of Italian aristocracy has just completed a 3 year extensive restoration and renovation programme by the current owners a local Italian family. This private development opens for the first time to provide holiday retreats in suites authentically restored to their former glory by local craftsmen who have preserved original architectural features throughout in local stone. Incorporating creature comforts such as air-conditioning, deep-pocket sprung mattresses, customised bathrooms and linen, flat-screen TV, Satellite and some with private terraces these suites combine modernity and comfort with a unique slice of history. Set in 30 acre organic olive grove, there are only 6 suites, one of which is a 3 cone trullo which sits independently from the Masseria. The atmosphere is easy-going and relaxed with staff on-hand for those simple pleasures like a glass of prosecco by the salt water pool.

Superior suite - beautifully restored 3 cone trullo which is independent from the main Masseria, steeped in tradition with its 20' high typical conical stone ceilings and furnished with customised bath, sink and linen the trullo provides an idyllic retreat for couples who wish to indulge themselves with luxury and comfort in rustic trullo style. Only a step away from the pool this suite consists of 3 open-plan rooms with high conical ceilings, hand carved local stone and ceramic floors throughout. The bedroom has superior quality sprung mattress on the king size bed and the lounge with leather sofas, fireplace, flat-screen TV, Satellite, air-conditioning and heating provides contemporary facilities. The bathroom has a large customised stone bath, sink and mirror. Honeymooners are welcome to take advantage of the Masseria's honeymoon service.
